Automatic Payments
I designed this screen as part of our effort to migrate our Payment Plan application functionality into the Student Account Center.
This screen allows a User to manage the Automatic Payments they have set up for a particular payment plan account. The User can deactivate the automatic payments and go back to making manual payments and change the payment method being used. The screen informs the User of upcoming payment amount and processing date as well as the current method being used for the Automatic Payments. The User can also see the terms and conditions that they agreed to when setting up Automatic payments and the fee schedule and any service fee that may or may not apply.
We followed a full design process for this implementation, including gathering requirements and design review with the line of business, full html/css prototype with user testing and UI integration with the back-end developers during development.
Automatic Payment Methods
I designed this screen as part of our effort to migrate our Payment Plan application functionality into the Student Account Center.
This screen allows a User to manage their payment methods available for use for Automatic Payments. Each payment method is listed and is noted if it currently in use for Automatic Payments. The User can choose to add new methods or edit/delete existing methods.

Student Refund Disbursements
I designed this screen as part of our effort to implement a Refund Processing platform to offer our client schools that we have integrated into our School Admin Portal and Student Account Center.
This screen shows the student and family user any refund disbursements that have been processed on their behalf. Adding Refund Disbursement processing to our Student Account Center allows students and families a full view of their financial situation for paying college tuition, including: amount owed to the school, any payment plans set up to satisfy the amount owed and any refunds entitled to the student from student loans. Through the Student Account Center, the student can choose a payment preference to receive their disbursement as well as some other features currently in progress.
