Another Support Central application I redesigned from the ground up is the Support Central Form Builder. Support Central Forms is a web-based applications that allow user's to build forms to collect data. There are several form fields available to use and each form field has its own set of properties that can be configured by the user. The Form Builder is a complex application that allows for a lot of functionality to a user, which presents UI and UX challenges all its own to solve for. This application was designed using the Lumos Design System that we custom built for use in our applications using the default color theme that features the classic GE Blue and the darker GE Blue.
