

Process Optimizer is a new tool coming out soon in the Support Central Suite that can analyze a Workflow and create reports aimed at giving a Workflow Owner information and metrics on the efficiency of their workflow and with some reports, suggestions on how to improve it. The goal of the product is to help the user identify area's of their Workflow that are causing delays or an issue and know where to make changes to make the Workflow proceed in a more efficient manner. Depending on the report type, the Owner can see if the process is stalling out at a specific step. Are the rejections really high for a certain step? Maybe we aren't collecting enough info on the form for that step, etc.
The challenge for these designs were to be able to display an immense amount of data to the user that is easily consumable with limited real estate to do so.
